What have you got in mind to eat tomorrow and on Sunday?

Are you planning on having an all-holds-barred, eat whatever I fancy feeding frenzy? (been there, possess several T-shirts in a range of sizes :D :D)

Or are you going to have a measure of control? For example, have you thought about doing a sort of Slim Fast sort of thing - have a Cambridge shake for breakfast and for lunch and have whatever you want for dinner?

Yep my plan is today have all three shakes but half half a white choc cookie and a quarter of a Krispy Kreme as I have to get the cakes in at work.

Tomorrow was going to have morning and lunch shale and then have a homemade thai curry and homemade ice cream (I am having a dinner party). And then on Sun I am being taken to a thai restraunt for my birthday so will do morning and lunch shakes but dinner will be at the restraunt. I am really hoping it kick starts the weight loss again!

Yep, that sounds like a really good plan to me. Realistic and achievable. Do it. :D And I think you might be right - if you get back on track on Monday, it might well get things moving in the right direction again.

Don't be surprised or disheartened if your scales jump up quite a bit though. It'll be mostly water-weight gain if you stick to your plan and those pounds will come straight off in a day or three.

I'm starting to understand that the key to these things is in the planning. And then sticking to the plan, no matter what! Yes, it's your birthday, but the best possible birthday present you can give yourself is to stay in control!

Have a fantastic birthday hun.
