I had my first sw weigh in on Tuesday and I lost 4.5lbs (I weighed myself when I got home so I could check my scales was the same and it was) anyway I weighed myself today and I've put in 1lb
I admit I got complacent when I saw how much weight I'd lost and I went over on my syns but my next weigh in is in 4days, do you think it's possible to rectify this? I'd love to try lose 2lbs so I'll be 1lb down from my official weigh in.. What you think?
