Help! Just started and eating out tomorrow night!

Hi all,

Sorry for the endless queries. I'm just wondering, I'm out tomorrow night and studying the menu so I can try to work out the points. I figured if all else fails I'll just use my entire weeklies allowance for it. So I've picked things I like but have no idea where to start with pointing them. Please help!

CAJUN CHICKEN
Whole Butterfly Breast, marinaded in Cajun Spices and Char-Grilled.
Served with Rice, French Fries and a Tomato, Mint & Cream Dip.

(I was thinking I could have either the rice or the chips and skip the dip?)

CHICKEN MILANESE ITALIANO
Flavoured Breadcrumbed Chicken breast topped with an Onion, Mushroom,
Sliced Pepper, Garlic, Tomato and Cream Sauce.
Served with French Fries and Salad.

SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN
Tender supreme of Chicken, dipped in our own secret avoured
Breadcrumbs and deep-fried.
Served with French Fries, Salad, Coleslaw and Garlic dip.

Which of these will be the lowest point values?! Please don't laugh too much!

The first one to me is the healthiest as it has no cream or breadcrumbs and not deepfried and you can control how many fries/rice you eat x
 
I kind of thought that :) what would you point it at though? :(
 
Hmm not sure the chicken breast will be no more than 6 points itself and then there's the allownce for the marinated bit, maybe 10 so 4 extra points?
I have no idea really though, sorry x
 
I ended up having the chicken milanese, didn't finish it and pointed it at 30ish my logic being using KFC as my benchmark! Thanks for your help :)
