Help working out Syns when eating out!

Hi there, I'm pretty new to slimming world so still trying to get my head around things. If you go for a meal at a pub and have 4oz Steak, chicken breast, sweet potato fries, onion and mushroom, how do you work out the syns on that? All if the items themselves are free but they will have been cooked in oil and stuff, it says 6 syns per table spoon but how to you know how many table spoons to use if you didn't cook it?
 
I would stick with just steak & chicken and swap the fries mushrooms and onions for a salad that way all the fried food is left out and ask how the meat will be cooked prior and request no oil :) that’s what I do and it’s still delicious
