Help liven up my pork chops

I've got lovely big thick pork chops any ideas to liven them up, I want something different than just grilled chops x

My family and I love pork chops grilled with Sharwood's Hoisin and Spring Onion sauce. I think it's about 11 syns for the whole jar, but if you used a quarter it would still be plenty. We grill them for a bit on both sides then add the sauce to both sides in turn xx

I just sprinkle mine with a little Cajun spice, spray with frylight and rub in spices, then grill. Nice 'n' spicy. Lovely!!

a sprinkle of dried stuffing mix and then bung in the oven yum
