help maintaining for over 7 weeks

    iv been same weight since feb up and down half pound but no headway

    iv just come home from a weigh in and iv put on anther pound same as last week,im in tears im gutted w eat right even walked 5k every day and no good

    any ideas im in bits

    How about trying a Success Express week or an SAS log? Both are good ways to look at what you're eating and will hopefully give your weight loss a bit of a kick-start. I'm in the same boat as have been hovering around the same weight since Chrsitmas and it's sooooo frustrating, especially when you know you're sticking to the plan. I've gone back to basics this week and am making sure I weigh & measure all my healthy extras and being accurate with syn values.

    A mistake I was making was eating the calories I had worked off from walking, in syns, this doesn't work so if your doing something like that it might be affecting your losses.

    Do you have a food diary we could have a look at to offer specific advice?
    What are your stats (sorry on my phone!), do you have much to lose?
    Are you having 1/3 superfree with every meal? Are you eating only when hungry, stopping when full etc?

    I've found to get the results I want with SW I have 1/2 superfree instead of the recommended 1/3.
    Try using your syns as part of a meal rather than as well as.
    Also look at success express which is 2/3 superfree.

    But a diary would be great for us to help!

    What Mrs CC said and has your C seen a food diary, do you measure milk, cheese, hexb? If not you could be having extra syns, are you counting all syns.

    It sounds silly but have u tried having a meal off plan? E.g. having full on chip shop fish and chips - batter and all. I dont know if it works for everyone but because im shocking my body it seems to kick start again. Wouldnt recommend it all the time as it wouldnt be a shock to the system.

    its worth a try... the worst that can happen is u had a lovely fish supper for a change.
