Help!! Plateaued for 3 weeks 😤

My first couple of weeks on Exante were great and I’ve lost a total of 11lbs however I’ve lost less than half a pound since 23rd Feb. I don’t know whether it’s worth doing such a restrictive plan when I’m not losing weight. I’ve tried upping water intake. I can’t physically increase activity. Any other tips? I’m so fed up 😞

I've found you do get peaks and troughs with total solution. Are you doing your food weeks? Those are key to keeping on the weight loss train! I'm not following total solution (it's more of a mix of the flexi & 5:2 or whichever ratio I choose that week) at the moment. But from what I have read those will help kick start things.
