HELP!! My biggest problem is i can never make a decision and stick with it. Ive done SW, Slimfast, South Beach, Cambridge and the latest one is Atkins. No problem with losing weight on any of them. They all work i just dont stick to anything long enough to make a big difference, then i cheat, panic and look for a new quick fix. I want and need to lose weight and i want to start tomorrow. But which diet do i do?? My head is telling me to go on a long term healthy way of eating but the voice in my ear says hols in 6 weeks so fad diet again. Please help!!
