Help me I keep failing :~(

After a year of dieting on weight watchers an loosing 38 pound i became very ill

I put back on half a stone and now every single time i get back onto the diet i cant do it


I cant even go a day without breaking the diet at night, im also drinking alot. im putting weight back on very quickly

im spiraling out of control an im not sure how im going to get back up

can someone please give me some advise

Really your heart and head has to be into it,is there a special occasion you'd like to lose it for? It might help kick start the motivation for you :0)

yeah i have my graduation on the 9th of july and id really like to loose a stone for it but im stuck at 13.1 stone

its more i cant control my night eating an drinking when i socialise
 
Ok well for night eating... I always make sure I have points left over for snacks plus have used free veg before to bulk my dinner out so am less hungry later.Have fruit after I've snacked if still feel peckish.Is it boredom? Sorry just trying to help you out.I don't really drink much but do you go for the lesser pointed drinks?that might help.
