Help me please. I am soooo hungry!!!!

    Hi guys,
    I have come on for some emergency help and inspiration to keep me from raiding the fridge. Just got in from work and the house is empty and I am sooooooo hungry. I have already opened the fridge twice and just stared at the contents. I am feeling hungry, cold, tired and vulnerable to temptation.

    imagine putting last weeks 5lbs back on this week, surely u dnt want that? wouldnt a few more pounds off be a better feeling than the 1 you will have after youve eaten lol x

    DONT DO IT....:) Its so not worth it - if you eat something now like cheese or anything carb or anything at all you will pile it all back on with the shock factor. You can get past this just think of the weight you will have lost next week and when you reach your goal :) xxxx

    Most people say that they are not hungry after the first week but I am and I am on week 7 (it might be in my mind but it sure feels like its in my tummy!!)
    But I ve stuck to it and had a good loss every week. Some days are worse than others, weekends are a killer for me but when I get through it without cheating I feel a sense of achievment!!! so keep it up, no one said this diet is easy but it definatly works!!!!!

    Thanks guys. Keeping myself busy looking at all the posts. Its a great distraction tecnique and its good to know that there are others out there feeling exactly the same. i don't know what I would do without this place :sigh:
