Yes, that's why you put on weight and why you have damaged your health. Harsh but true (and I was a 4 takeaway a week girl myself as well)
now an offer booklet has came through the post
They've sent it because no one is buying Subway...they are all saving money during the credit crunch, and you should be too. Save the cash for new clothes...or blow it now on a magazine if you want : )

Do you really think that? When you have seen from so many people that a smaller loss is so often followed by a larger one? Or is this an excuse because you want to eat a Subway?

Really? Then have a real treat, like a lipstick. Because food wouldn't be a treat. I can guarantee it wouldn't taste as good as you think - and I can guarantee that you would be screaming and sobbing inside after the first bite, and then utterly devastated.

the thought of doing this diet until christmas is really really boring me
Is the thought of being under 10 stone for Christmas - something I know from your siggy you desperately want - boring? Food isn't something you need and it isn't a source of entertainment. I suppose if you eat, you won't be bored...but you will be CRUMBLING and DEVASTATED. So where is the positive result of eating? There isn't one. Go imagine the outfit you'll have for Christmas instead.
