Hi everyone

I'm back!!!!
Put all the weight on that I lost (well, all but 11lb)
I'm re starting tomorrow and need a buddy!!!!

I've tried a few times this past week and have failed

I'm gonna need alot of help :0(

I'm on holiday in 2 months so as much as I can really by then but in total, about 5 stone xx

I've got 2 stone left to go lost nearly 3 already but was finding it very difficult so sat and looked at the before and after pictures. I also looked on the Internet they have a video of 500 before and after pictures this has kept me going
