When i did SW last year there was a great syn free (or low syn) lemon mousse recipe which was made from Quark and baked and then left to cool. I cannot find this recipe anywhere now so has anyone got it or knows where i can find it?

Can't find the one you mean, but will keep looking, how do you fancy this in the meantime?

    Lemon meringue pud
    Ingredients:
    300g quark
1 lemon, grate rind and juice
    3 medium eggs, separated
    4 tablespoons powdered artificial sweetener
    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
Beat the Quark in a bowl to make it smooth and creamy. Add lemon rind and juice, egg yolks and 2 tbsp of powdered sweetener. Share between 4 small heatproof dishes or ramekins. Stand on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, whip egg whites in a grease-free bowl until they hold their shape. Whisk in remaining powdered sweetener.
Remove desserts from oven and put meringue mixture on top. Return to oven to bake for 5 more minutes, until golden brown.

sadly I put on 21 lbs while trying to lose the final 22 lbs :(:sigh:

At this point in time I would be happy to get back to where I was in March and leave it there. I'm not feeling v. positive and I know that whatever diet/WoE I do is reliant on my state of mind. hoping for a miracle over night that leaves me rejuvinated, positive and stress free

I really should delete that ticker but I don't want to lose sight of the fact that I managed to lose 91lbs (even if I did put some on again) - gawd writing it depresses me even more
