Help needed - how do I bake a sweet potato in it's skin?

Just bake in the same way as you would a normal potato - will take a little less time though as sweet potatoes cook more quickly
 
Not really - just the timing depends on the size of the potato as it would for a normal potato. You're just best checking every half hour to see if it's done.

Checked my book - no sign of it being a HEXB on red. Must not be enough fibre in it I guess??
