Help needed please

    I seem to have messed up today and couldnt have eaten enough free food for my tea. I had a few sw wedges and lots of salad.

    I am now really really hungry dispite just eating the following...

    Buttons (4 syns)
    Apple
    Shape zero yoghurt.
    Oh and a banana!!

    Argh its weigh in day tommorow evening and i really dont wanna wreck it. Any ideas??

    Dont have any muller lights, only shape zero ones. Already had banana and apple :S

    i think i will have another shape zero and go to bed. I was going to delete this thread as saw a similar one after but i dont think we have this option?
