Help needed :(

    Hey everyone, I started weight watchers in sep 2009 and from then until christmas i lose 25 pounds which i was over the moon but since christmas i've put nearly a stone on, i just cant stop eating i really need to get back to normal, i havent been to a meeting either because im too embarssed, i was wondering if anyone had any good tips for me i'd really appreciate it :) x:eek:

    Yeah get over yourself and get back to the meetings! :p

    No seriously, you know you can do this cos you already have, and you obviously need the discipline and support of a weekly meeting to help you do it. So swallow your pride, grit your teeth and get back there.

    Trust me, they have seen it all (and worse!) before......... nobody will judge you for falling off the wagon a bit they will just give you the encouragement you need to get back on track.

    Uh huh and by my counting ( which is as bad as my spelling) laughing... your still -9lbs!! Which in my book is good, dont let that last 9lbs slip away, go back toyour meeting everyone will be there to support you and be positive, positivity always works.

    Lets know how you get on, you can do it :)
