Right ladies and Gentlemen I need your help!

After two weeks of staying the same (the second one being a miracle considering my disasterous weekend and my birthday on Monday!) I need your help to keep me on the straight and narrow.

This week I am going to be the perfect little diet angel and work really hard at making the right choices! I also want to make sure I do some kind of exercise every day although at least until next thursday that may be difficult I am still in plaster (any suggestions welcome!)

So your mission should you choose to accept it is to, give me a cuddle when i need it and give me a boot up the backside right after!

So far so good! I have been a good little girl and I know what you are going to say but I did have a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and it looks like I have lost 4lbs, so I a happy little bunny!

So now to see if I can maintain that and possibly lose a little more before thursday night!
