Help Needed

I am off on holiday in June next year. I really want to lose as much weight as possible. I am 19.5st :( I just cant get in the right frame of mind. There are no diet classes near me daytime, so Id need to drag all my children out at nite and wouldnt be able to relax and listen. So really need to do it alone.

So i need help. What do u think is the best thing for me to do alone to get this weight off once and forall
 
If you follow the plans, you'll lose all that weight with either WW or SW. Having done both, I find SW more flexible. We got very bored with the WW recipes and I was always hungry. I love SW and will probably follow it more or less for the rest of my life as it's just healthy eating. Their recipe books are fab.
