    Hi Maggie,

It's hard to discuss this without being a bit graphic, but when you say you have got diahorrea, is it like conventional diahorrea, or is it more like a total lack of control when you go for a wee?

If it's more like the latter then it could be a some people have said on another thread, that the mineral content is affecting your system ...I had the same symptoms for nearly 2 weeks, but now on week 3 and symptoms have gone.

If in doubt, check with your doctor to be on the safe side, and put your mind at rest.

Sorry I can't be more help.

I seem to have similar symptoms but probably not so severe,I too suffer with IBS,it seems to start shortly after I have a shake or flapjack.I can put up with it but yours sounds worse, keep drinking at least to keep yourself hydrated.I do think its the body clearing itself out and adjusting to the new intake, hope you feel better soon x
