hi all
i am starting ll next week cant wait!!
but now my mum wants to start with me,
can you have family in your group?
me and my mum have allway started diets together'
but i think i want to do this one on my own.
i dont want to up set her!

It may be worth talking to your lighterlife counsellor, not sure it would be a good thing cos if your mum is in the same group, group counselling could be tricky!! It maybe that your mum could do it but in a different group, so you could share the experience but still make it an individual journey... just a thought

Thats good to know, love my mum to bits but think there will be certain things i will not want to say in the group.

As Mustdoit has said, they won't let family members be in the same group - two friends of mine (sisters) did the diet at the same time, but had to go to different groups - one in Braintree, the other in Chelmsford.
