Help - new to this

Hi LS! If you are going to be making milkshakes and ice-cream with your packs, grinding up ice, invest in a good one, with the higest watt motor you can afford or you will burn it out.

If you are just mixing with plain liquid, any cheap one will do. :)

Just read your thread, if I'm right you started today? How's it going?? I did CD for a while too and the therapy is the reason I am back with LL as I felt it gives you more.

Hi Mel (and everyone else)

Day 1 went brilliantly (even went out in the evening with a friend, and she ate, I drank water & talked!!).. Day 2 is not proving to be too hard at the moment... I was feeling a bit hungry, but then I realised it was time for pack # 3 today, so just had an ice cold shake & all is good with the world again.

Actually had my stop-in session as well today, and in 1 day I've apparently lost 3.2lbs! Cool, huh?!

Well done your first couple of days, it gets easier after the first week so keep at it :) and well done on the 3.2lbs, there's plenty more of that to come! (or rather, go!)
