Never heard of them - but a quick google says that pea shoots are about to take the world by storm. :8855:

I mean, we're basically talking leaves here, aren't we? Sort of a cross between watercress and cress.

And looking at the nutritional info here: Pea Shoots Nutrition

...I'd say you'd be fine having these. Low in calories, and more importantly, low in carbs. Go for it.

I had them on step 2 - my CDC said they were fine - and they are delicious

I know they do them in saino's and waitrose and m&s they may do them everywhere x
