HELP PLEASE .. porridge and rice pudding on week 2/3??

Hi guys when can you start having porridge and rice pudding whilst on SS im in week 2 going into week 3?

you can have porridge from week one and all products from week two ( can t say for sure about the rice pud in week one as its a new product) it the bars that most but not all consultants say you shouldn t have in week one as they are made with more carbs (i think)

I love the porridge! It's like you're eating normal food hehe! I like the original most which surprised me as I have a major sweet tooth! Enjoy. X
