    Hi everyone

I have just been looking in the recipes at the minute muffins and it says to use flaxseed. I have sprouted golden flaxseed 100% organic carbs 37g per 100g. Is this any good to use?

    Thanks

    Sherby xx

Just noticed total dietary fibre is 21g does that make any difference in the net carbs?

Not in the UK, 100g of Flax seed is a huge amount though, I've never used more than a tablespoon sprinkled over my dinner whilst I was on induction. There was a thread on here about the difference between golden and brown flax meal. I can't remember what now.
