Help please..with uploading Profile pic

Hey guys..was hoping someone could help! I now have the priviledges to add a profile pic however, its just not working for me!

Ive tried 2 different photo's now and each time it looks like it has worked...until i hit "save changes" then it tells me the file has failed! Has anyone had a similar experience or has any advice on what i can do??
