l do hope l don't seem cheeky , l seriously thinking of changing from ww to sw the thing is l have a lot of ww meals in freezer that really need to be used up could anyone give me the syn value for
chicken hot pot
beef hotpot
Mexican chili with wedges
salmon and broccoli melt
chicken curry
l would be very grateful for any help thanks
