Help please

Have been doing a daily food diary, (ended up with 3 running - don't ask me how I did but I did....) anyway, have now condensed it to 1 and would really like people to be able to link to it and give advice and tips. can anyone explain in idiot language please how to link to it in my signature.

Go to your food diary and copy the address (right click the address bar and click copy), then go to user CP and edit signature. click on the insert link button (looks like 2 chain links) and paste the address into that, and hit Ok. then delete the second link address (you'll see a ] after the 1st link, there are 2 identical addresses) and write whatever you want it to be called, I put 'Helen's food diary'. then save.

It should then show in your sig.
