help please

My mum gave me a tin of mixed beans in spicy tomato sauce and peppers (prob not syn free but never mind) what can i do with them? all recipe suggestions accepted lol

I think I'd probably use them in a chilli or as they are over a jacket potato.

I get those from Tesco, and they are free

I usually use them the same way knitter suggested. They really are lovely

ok gonna sound stupid do you just open tin and heat them up?

yup, think baked beans. I mix them with either Quorn mince or lean beef and a onion and then top with potato slices and some HEA cheese and bake in oven til potatoes cooked............. i call it 'Honeys special!'

I'd make a sausage casserole in the slow cooker with them, just add sausages (I'd use quorn ones), potatoes, tinned toms, baked beans, onions & carrots, yummy.

a casserole with some gammon would prob be nice, you would need to add a bit of stock or passata and some veggies of your choice.

Or even just mix the beans in with some rice for a quick meal.
