help please

    Does ne one weigh themselves mid week a couple of days after being weighed i just did n im up 1.5lbs although I've been v good i:'-(

    Yes I am bad for jumping on scales through the week!

    my weight varies greatly, especially if I weigh myself after a night shift.

    I try and stick to just writing it down on the same day every week.

    Hi I'm not starting till Monday, but, I don't even own scales, largely because I can get a bit obsessive. Is be on them every day.
