I took a swig of mouthwash this morning and didn't realise what I'd done for about 10 mins and kicked myself all around the house! - at least it's alcohol free

Hope ye all had a fab weekend! Felt like it went on for 20 years with my nieces and nephews munching their yummy fast food all wkend but I somehow managed to pull through, have no idea how because I was feeling sooooooo hungry and unmotivated!! Need some inspiration PLEASE!!!!

weigh in this weds i'm really not expecting much loss at all. i got up this morning and did a half hour on the trampoline am gonna do it again before bed so hopefully it'll make a difference. Truthfully all i wanna do is go to the cinema with a big bucket of popcorn!
