I'm having a really hungry day :/ ive eaten all my weeklies already too :( and I don't want to go off track. I've just had my dinner early because I was soooo hungry anyone got any advice of how to curb my cravings I also think it's near time of the month and I always find it hard around this time xox
 
Grab a pint of water and a banana, helps me hun. Stay positive
 
0pp soup or drained fruit cocktail, that's what I eat, I eat until I'm stuffed but don't feel guilty.
 
Thanks guys I've just gone and made a sugar free jelly and I may go out for a walk in a bit! I hate these pesky hunger pangs, but I'm glad to say I fought through it!!! Cox
