Help please

Are you supposed to use your weeklies or activity points first if you fancy a treat?

I think it's generally Weeklies first? I always use my Weeklies but never touch my AP.x
 
I agree with serena. Personally id use weeklies first then activity. My reasoning being that weeklies are a given and there to be used to help make the plan easier. Whilst personally I see activity points as optional

And if its me, I don't want to work hard for an hour to earn them to then use them in 60secs! X
 
Yup i eat weeklies but never APs as i see that they're what i've burned off through exercise, dont want to eat them back!
