Help please

    Hi I go to my first class on Thursday night, prepared to start on Friday morning. Is there any way I can see a list of foods so I can make sure I've got everything I need to start first thing on Friday? Ideally I'd like to do a meal planner beforehand?

    The slimming world website has a 7 day example menu you can look at without being a member, that will give you an idea. Best of luck with it! Seriously, its the best thing I've ever done.
