Hi all

I'm new to the site and in the past I've Googled syn value information and this site has been so helpful so thought I'd join.

I'm after the syn value of asda honey crunch with milk chocolate curls cereal or if they could be considered as part of your healthy b choice?

Any help would he appreciated. Thanks

Asda Chosen by You Honey Nut Crunch Cereal with Milk Chocolate Curls (25g) 5 syns

Not a HEB choice I'm afraid. If you like that kind of cereal, an alternative might be the new popcorn cereals they do? 30g is a HEB of either the caramel or toffee apple flavours.

Arghhh!! Shame I absolutely love it. Was hoping it was hexb since they have the rocky road bars as hexb :(

Thanks for the recommendations. I was hoping a chocolate based cereal would be an option even with a few syns.xx

There are quite a few that are out there, I know Coco Shreddies (35g) count as do both of the chocolate Weetbix - regular (1.5 biscuits) and mini (30g). I use the Special K chocolate and hazelnut granola, which is also 30g.

Can't really compare anything to HiFi bars unfortunately, as they are their own recipe so they can tweak the calorie and fibre contents to suit HEB levels.
