    Hi all i have been looking into doing CS as i cannot get back in the Cambridge diet.

    Could anyone please advise what a typical day is like on CS. What are you allowed to eat, how often etc? Also what are the loses?

    I would like to loose 1 and half stone.

    Hiya MissCoco.

    Typical day on CS is (and should be):

    Breakfast: CS shake/soup/bar
    Snack: so maybe a small apple, small orange....
    Dinner: CS shake/soup/bar
    Snack: theres a huge list of what you can have for a snack...
    Tea: protein and veg...so I would have a lean steak (with outer fat trimmed off) with either stir fry veg or normal veg
    Snack/Dessert: this is something like fresh berries with natural yogurt

    Also remember its vital to drink a minimum of 2 litres of water a day

    Have a nosey through the other posts on losses....some people lost 4lbs in their first week, others lost 10/11lbs...it varies :) :)

    Is there a certain amount of veg you can eat? Can i buy a prgram guide form my local Rowlands Chemist?

    I tend to stick to a 'small' plate of veg, and yes - your local Rowlands should have a guide you can buy, its really helpful, hope all goes well for you :)
