HELP - Points Advice

Just a quickie - how many points from my allowance can I save per day? Is it 4? Or is it as many as I like as long as I don't go below 14 in total?

apparently 4 per day - but I would think that 14 per day would be the minimum as I am on 18 per day and I am still allowed to save 4 without it causing me any harm.

But any bonus points i earn i dont use.

yup, they recommend you eat over 14 a day, and you can save upto 4 to carry over - any more cant be used on another day enjoy your crisps!

Hmmmm so it's either 14 or 16... will check it out....BUT I have never realised it's only 4 a day you can save.
Last time I did this I sometimes saved 10! Ooooops!

but what is the maximum that you can use. i thought that you could only save so many points during the week. i always get confused with this.

i did think 16, but if you are only on 18 points a day you are still allowed to save 4..

Argh - well I know can only use 12 AP's for food. I only just found that out yesterday - ooops.
