Help!! Points in laughing cow?

Hello can anyone tell me how many points are in a laughing cow triangle? The full fat ones. I know the light are 1 point each!

I can only find the light ones on the tracker. Do you have the nutritional info?

I haven't! I'm at work at the minute, I can just check when I get in myself. Just wanted to know how many points I had just ate
