I don't know if this is any help, but here's some points with measurements for those foods: hopefully you can make a stab at working how how much of each you had using this.
Potato is 1pp per 50g raw. So a largish potato is like to be around 10. (Jacket potatoes are incredibly points-inefficient on propoints; I love them but never eat them anymore)
200g of beans (a little tin's worth) is 4pp.
Cheese (I'm assuming it was cheddar or something like?) is 2pp per 20g, which is a piece a bit smaller than a matchbox.
Coleslaw's 3pp per tablespoon.
