    Hi

I took my daughters to the cinema this evening and had about half a small container of salted popcorn, stupidly thinking it would not be too bad, but looking on MFP is seems really high in fat!!

Anybody had any experience of eating popcorn and having a tango moment?

    K x

I thought popcorn, as long as it was salted or plain was healthy. I'll have a look in my book for ww.
A 25gm portion is 4 pro-points. My snacks are usually around 2 points so it's higher than i thought, oops sorry.
As for the toilet dept it's a wait and see day.

It would depend on whether it was hot air popped or oil/butter popped.

A lot of models and celebs do the popcorn diet, I think they have the plain type.

Not sure whether it was it air or oil popped. Will be more more careful in future!

Anyhow, back safe and sound with no accidents (yet).
