Puddings HELP! Pudding ideas without quark or fromage frais

I have a good friend coming to dinner tomorrow night fof a SW meal.

She has some food allergies which include quark and fromage frais.

All the recipes i want to do seem to have those in them she can eat yogurt, has anyone tried substituting greek yogurt for fromage frais in a recipe.

How about an eton mess style dessert with raspberries, fruit, crushed meringue & Greek yoghurt. Syns would be for meringue nests, you could even blend vanilla muller with the Greek yoghurt to sweeten even more?

How about syn free ice cream...?
mix a mullerlight with greek yoghurt a little sweetner and freeze?
Take out of the freezer every 30 minutes and mix to stop it from crystalising! (will take a few hours)
Have a practise before hand!

I just had ...a bananna sliced up,covered in a toffee muller light then sprinkled with a maryland choc chip cookie (3 syns) was delish! You could perhaps make a low syn cheesecake/banoffee pie this way by substituting the cookie on top for a digestive or 2 crushed on the bottom?
