Help ... quark or cottage cheese for cheesecake???

Hello, im making a cheesecake today and im not sure whether to use cottage cheese like on the sw website or quark for the filling ..... any recommendations?

Philly light hex a mixed with a bit of flavoured yog and sweetener Is good and philly goes in a normal cheesecake anyway xxx

Probably a bit late now but I always use quark.

I think I've used about 500g of quark and 2 eggs in the past (Will need to double check though) with some sweetener. Then I would throw in some crushed Oreos or cocoa powder. Yum!
