Extra Easy Help really struggling...


For the last three weeks I have only had 1/2lbs losses. Im nearing my exams at the moment and I am really struggling to keep up with the diet.

Im being 'good' but bad in that I don't really count my syns and stuff anymore and I can feel myself slowly falling off the wagon- the fact that I have tried really hard to get my weight loss up has not helped- and it feels like what is the point of trying this close the exam when I could be studying instead ?

Can anyone please suggest something? I have really tried hard I counted my syns, increased veg, not gone out much- if at all, walked more.

What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have any tips on studying days cooking? Im really bored with what I am eating even though I try new recipes every week- especially now that the new magazine is out.

In your post you say that you haven't really been counting your syns, so that's why you feel that you are trying and not getting very far.
Exams are stressful but you don't want to undo all your hard work so maybe you should change your expectations at the moment. Sometimes staying the same is an achievement,so why not aim for that for a short while?
You could give yourself an extra HEB every day to see if you can maintain for a few weeks, choose meals that are easy to prepare and have regular snacks (on plan snacks) to stop you getting too hungry.
