Help.....so want to comfort eat

Woke up this morning and have had my outhouse broken into and they have taken quite a bit. I'm so stressed and upset and so want to reach for the comfort food:cry: But staying strong and not going to do that to myself for them scumbags:sigh:

What an awful start to the day. Im so sorry for you, scumbags like that deserve to be locked up.

Sorry to learn you bad news, but glad to hear that you are staying strong, imagine how much worse you would feel tomorrow if you gave in to that feeling. Be strong and keep drinking the water and tomorrow you will feel loads better
