Help!! Syn values in full fat panna cotta!!!!

Hi folks,
I was wondering if anyone could give me a guestimate on the syn values in a panna cotta! I went to a neighbours for lunch today and whilst I was pretty careful with most of the food I simply couldn't refuse the panna cotta! I know it was the real deal because I could taste the cream and it was very dense!! About 4 x 4 inches and 3 inches deep!! Yikes! I'm guessing 350-400 cals, so 20 or so syns?! But maybe someone else could be a bit more accurate- I can't find anything on the SW website or in my books!!X

You could always ask for the recipe (because it was just so good), and then work it out from there.

Or use another recipe as a rough guide

Yeh true, thanks for that! I've managed to find various supermarket ones listed on SW website now and I think I was probably about right with the 20 syns (for about 140g)- I'm hoping it wasn't as much as 200g as that would be about 25 and that's a depressing thought!! Good job I went for a 1 1/2 hour walk after lunch!!X
