I use 500g mince, 1 onion, 1red pepper, a handfull of mushrooms, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tin of kidney beans in chilli sauce, 1/2 tbls chilli powder, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tin chopped tomatoes and 250ml beef stock.
Brown mince and strain off fat at mushrooms, onion, peppers and garlic and cook for 5 mins until soft. Add the cumin and chilli powder and stir for 2 mins. Add stock, tomatoes and kidney beans and leave to simmer for about 30mins. Enjoy!
