help to syn a recipe

havent been to class last week so didnt get password and need to syn this which i made as tomorow is a tasting evening.

so after the discussion about mulled wine and how high in syns it was i decided i could make one that would be a lot more sw friendly and this is what ive come up with for class tomorow

small pan water with cardamon(sp?) seeds - free, sweetener - free, cinammon - free, vanila essense - free, black pepper - free. now for the things that need to be syned: 1 satsuma rind - then i tasted it and decided it needed more orange flavour (didnt have oranges in) so put all the segments in and ended up crushing it so that all the jui in once it was cooked. also added a touch of almond essense as had it lying round which says free however the main ingredient is oil so guessing it isnt. half a bottle of red wine, 1 shot of pernot, 2 shots rum which i have with some frozen berries and they are just absorbing the alcohol right now but not putting the rest of the booze in just going to chuck it away;)- so basically i will measure how much is left once they have been in over night and just going to drop the berries in when people want some so they arent 'cooked' and therefore less syns.

so now how much do you think would be in the whole thing? just a rough guess woube great as we already established it was 14.5 syns for a small glass of standard mulled wine. thanks in advance
