Help to update ticker please?

Hi Im trying to update my ticker but can't remember the PIN, is it one they allocate you or I'd have made up myself? I've tried all the usual ones.............

The pin is one you make up yourself and if you lose it the only thing you can do is to start a new weight loss ticker.
