Hello
A bit new to all this so I am looking to get a bit of advice.
I am a 29 year old man who is looking to lose around 3 stone, I currently weigh just over 15 stone and have slowly putting on weight in my 20's.
I love food and enjoy cooking, my biggest weekness is beer so I am looking for a diet where I can still enjoy a few beers with my friends at the weekend but be a good boy during the week :innocent0002: .
What would people recommend, I am currently thinking Slimming World as I could save up my syns for the weekends. What is the main differences between SW and say WW.
I am a little nervous and to be honest scared about joining a weekly WI group by myself so I am not sure whether a subscibtion on-line would be better.
One advantage of attending a weekly group is that it would help keep up my motivation and be a good source of information and support. Those that go to SW or WW do you tend to get many men join up.
If anyone can offer any advice or answer some of my questions I would be very thankful.
Tim
