Help with Coleslaw please

Hi

I want to make my own coleslaw, can someone please advise me the best way, syn free if poss, if not as near as poss.

If I need fromage frais, can I use quark instead?

My favourite recipe is:-

3 carrots , peeled, top and tailed
1/4 white cabbage
1 Tblsp light salad cream
4 Tblsp extra light mayo
1 Tblsp Greek 0% yog
1 Tblsp fresh lemon juice

Food process on a grater disc the veg - mix remainder of ingredients in.

It's 3 syns for the lot.

I have tried the syn free ones and I just haven't liked any, I'm afraid
