Help with Green days!

I have been doing SW since October and have been an extra easy girl the whole time. However I think some days would probably qualify as a red/green day but I never have the extra healthy B.

Today so far I have had a massive SW veggie quiche made with quark then some fruit. For tea I am thinking of having SW chips, egg and beans followed by a hi fi bar, lovely. Do I have to have the extra healthy B to stick to the plan? :confused:
